The Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Salahuddin Mohammed Bahaaddin, sent a message of condolence on Tuesday for the death of Osman Ahmed in a painful traffic accident.

The Secretary-General said in his message, "From the depths of our hearts, we feel deep sorrow over the death of our deceased brother, and we ask God to grant him martyrdom, to grant healing to the wounded, to inspire their families with patience, and to reward them."

He added, "It is a source of pride and honor for us that Osman died while serving the Quran and its readers".

It is noteworthy that Osman died today in a bus accident that was carrying students and teachers of the Iqra Quran organization, on the road linking Koysinjaq and the city of Ranya.
