Head of the Kurdistan Islamic Union bloc in the Iraqi parliament Muthanna Amin in a press interview criticized the Iraqi government for the lack of relief to the injured and wounded in the tragedy so far, stressing the importance of allocating independent budget for the city.
He appealed to the Iraqi government to convert the city to governorate.
