The Executive Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union sent on Tuesday, a message of congratulations to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan on the occasion of the end of their fifth general congress.
The council said in its statement addressed to its president, Bafel Talabani, "On the occasion of the end of your fifth congress and your re-election as president of the union, we congratulate you, and through you, we extend our congratulations to the leaders, members and supporters of the union."
Added, "We wish you and all leaders success and collective work to serve the citizens."
