A delegation from the Kurdistan Islamic Union received today, Monday, a delegation from the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, they discussed the latest political developments in the region.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the situation in Iraq and the challenges facing the Iraqi people. They also discussed the constitutional rights of the Kurdistan Region, which include the constitution, oil and gas, the Peshmerga, Article 140 of the constitution, the disputed areas, and the outstanding problems between Baghdad and Erbil.
During the meeting, they also discussed the bilateral relations between the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the Kurdistan Islamic Union.
