A high-ranking delegation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party visited today, Tuesday, January 12, 2021, the political office of the Kurdistan Islamic Union to discuss the internal problems of the Kurdistan Region.
Khalil Ibrahim, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, announced that the meeting was at the request of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, adding that they informed the Kurdistan Democratic Party that the interest of the citizens is the priority, and they make every effort in this field.
Ali Hussein, a member of the leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, in a press conference after the meeting, declared that the meeting was positive. We will collect common points with the political parties at the level of Kurdistan and Iraq as well.
He indicated that they have understandings with the Kurdistan Islamic Union on issues related to the Kurdistan Region and Baghdad, adding that they will visit other Kurdish political parties in the coming days.
