During their visit to Turkey, Salahaddin Mohammed Bahaaddin, Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU), accompanied by Salahaddin Babakr, a member of the Executive Council Executive and Luqman Baskederi, an official of the Relations office of the KIU in Turkey, visited the AKP Political Bureau in Ankara they were welcomed by AKP Relations Officer Afif Demirkiran.
During the meeting, the Secretary-General expressed their condolences over the earthquake that caused heavy loss of life and property.
For their part, the AKP Relations Officer conveyed the greetings of the party leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan to the Secretary-General of the KIU and pointed out that he is following up the earthquake disaster.
In another part of the meeting, bilateral relations between the two sides were discussed, and emphasized the development and promotion of relations.
