Salahaddin Mohammed Bahaaddin, Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, issued a message of condolences to the victims of last night's incident in Duhok,The news of the fire in Duhok saddened us, On this sad occasion, we extend our condolences to the families of the victims and all the relatives and people of Duhok.
He added that : Unfortunately, these cases are repeated, necessary measures should be taken, May Allah have mercy on the martyrs and speedy recovery to the injured.
A similar incident occurred in Duhok late last night, Five people were killed and 33 others injured when a gas tank exploded in a building containing a student dormitory and a restaurant in the Gre Base neighborhood.
