Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union visits the city of Koysanjak and Taq Taq

Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaauddin and his accompanying delegation visited, on Friday, the city of Koysanjak and held a meeting with members and cadres of the Union there.

During the meeting, Secretary-General said in a speech that "the Kurdistan Islamic Union has taken, from the beginning, an approach that did not deviate from it, which is reforming society, where the authority is working to destroy it as it destroyed all political and service joints."

He added that "the shoulders of the members of the Union are becoming more and more heavy day by day, and we consider real policy and community service as part of our religiosity and our Islamic duty."

As part of his visit to the region, Secretary-General inspected the camp of thought, faith, and work organized by the Kurdistan Student Development Organization for a number of students. During his visit to the camp, he said, "Young people and students of the Kurdistan Islamic Union are the leaders of the future, a project that needs mental presence, self-confidence, and self-development."

On the same day, Secretary-General visited the town of Taq Taq, where he inspected the Dawa and education camp established by the (Iqraa) organization for the sciences of the Qur’an, where he said in a meeting with the youth participating in the camp, “The authorities are working to distort the youth from higher values, and we must all stand against these plans and to restore hope to the individual and society.

He stressed that "the authorities are the main reason for weakening the experience of the Kurdistan Region, and that officials have caused all the crises that burden the citizens of the region day after day, which has unpleasant consequences."
