Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Tuesday, participated in the meeting of the President of the Republic of Iraq with the three presidencies in the Kurdistan region and political parties, which took place in the city of Erbil.
Salahuddin Mohammed Bahauddin accompanied by Khalil Ibrahim, Chairman of the Political Council of the Kurdistan Islamic Union during a meeting with the President of the Republic of Iraq Barham Saleh with the three presidencies and political parties in the Kurdistan region to discuss the developments of popular demonstrations in Iraq.
The meeting comes after popular demonstrations angry since the beginning of last October against corruption in Baghdad and the provinces of central and southern Iraq.
