Under the slogan "In order to preserve rights and develop gains", the Kurdistan Islamic Union announced on Saturday evening the launch of electoral campaigning for its candidates for the Iraqi parliamentary elections scheduled for 12 May.
This came at a special ceremony held in Erbil, attended by all candidates.
The Kurdistan Islamic Union, announced on February 16, 2018, lists of candidates to participate in the upcoming legislative elections in the provinces of Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Dohuk and Kirkuk.
The lists of candidates of the Kurdistan Islamic Union are 4 electoral lists and consists of 52 candidates.
The list of candidates of Erbil consists of 11 names, starting with (Haj Karwan) as head of the list, and ends with (Niaz Kader Tawfiq).
The sequence of candidates' names is as follows:
