Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaaudin, stressed the need to preserve the unity of the Kurdistan row, and educating the generations with a true Islamic education.
Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union Salahuddin Muhammad Bahaaudin said in a televised statement on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of the declaration of the party, he said that the Islamic Union has struggled over the past years to reform and educating generations with proper and moderate Islamic education, stressing the importance of directing youth towards true.
He pointed out that they spent a difficult year because of political events ,the financial crisis, ,and a war is imposed on the province of Kurdistan, pointing out that there are parties let down Kurds, exploited the issue of referendum for political reasons, which led to the loss of Kirkuk and Kurdish areas.
Secretary-General of the Kurdistan Islamic Union pointed to the efforts of his party on reform and bring together the views of politicians to activate the role of legitimate institutions, stressing on the Islamic Union's adherence to the option of reform, and independence of the political decision.
He praised the party's efforts to bring together the views of the Islamists and to unite the discourse and the Islamic position in the Kurdistan Region.
